"Sell guidance could be a bit clearer"
To be fair, it has been helpful at times and I’ve gotten some useful insights from it. But when it comes to sell advice, I still find it a little unclear and wish the guidance was more direct.
"Worth it for the price"
Pretty good for what it costs. I’ve found a few stock ideas that were actually useful. Not every pick works out but overall the subscription feels worth it

"Finally helped me get my portfolio less all over the place"
My portfolio was a mess before this. Like, really messy, and I kept feeling like everything was just scattered around with no real plan. Their allocation tips helped me balance things out a bit, which was a relief because I was tired of looking at it and thinking, yep, still messy, still confusing, still not where I want it to be

"Recommendations came in a bit too late"
I gave Fool.com a try for stock ideas, the timing just felt kinda off to me. Like, I’d see a recommendation and then check the chart, and it already looked like the stock had made its move. So I was sitting there thinking, well, what am I supposed to do with this now?
Maybe it works better if you’re holding long term or don’t mind waiting things out, but for me it wasn’t that useful. I was expecting alerts that felt more current, not stuff where I felt like I was already behind before I even started.

"Canceling Was a Hassle"
I tried to cancel and get a refund, but it was way more frustrating than it should've been. Support took a while to respond, and I felt like I wasn't really getting anywhere. After this experience, I don't think I'll be using fool again

"Works Fine, But Be Ready for Clunky Navigation"
It does what it’s supposed to do, but the navigation feels a bit messy and took me a little while to figure out. If you’re new to it, I’d recommend taking a few minutes to explore the menus first so you don’t get frustrated. Once you know where things are, it’s usable, but it could definitely be more straightforward.

"I got some useful risk tips out..."
I got some useful risk tips out of it, so I can’t say it was a waste. That said, a lot of the advice felt basic, and a few parts weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked. It’s okay if you just need a quick starting point, but I was hoping for a little more depth.

"I’ve found some useful articles and stock picks..."
I’ve found some useful articles and stock picks on fool.com, and overall the info can be solid. But the different service tiers get tiring to sort through. Sometimes I’m not sure what’s actually included in what I paid for versus what’s another upsell. It’s not a bad service, I just wish it felt simpler and didn’t make me feel like I’m constantly being pushed to figure out yet another plan...
"Useful at times, but a bit confusing"
Some of the articles are helpful, but the research feels hit or miss. A few picks seem kind of rushed or based on thin reasoning, and I don’t see older calls being followed up on enough. I was expecting deeper analysis, especially for investing advice. Also, sometimes the email says one thing and then the article or site makes it feel like something else, which just adds to the confusion

"Hard to read, hard to stick with"
The articles can be helpful sometimes, they really can, but a lot of the writing feels too long and too cluttered. I start reading and then I kind of lose track before I even get to the main point. It just feels like it could be simpler, simpler, and easier to follow.

"Pretty consistent, but I still have to put in some effort"
I do like that the analysts are consistent and don’t just flip-flop every week. Even when the picks take a while to play out, the reasoning usually makes sense to me. My only gripe is that I still feel like I have to spend more time than I’d like digging through everything and doing my own checking, which can be a bit of a hassle.

"Billing didn’t add up for me"
I ended up getting charged more than I thought I was supposed to, and the billing dates didn’t match what I was seeing in my account. I don’t think I was being unreasonable for questioning it, since I checked the account info before reaching out. I emailed support hoping they could clear it up, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really address the issue. Maybe fool.com works fine for other people, but in my case the billing just didn’t seem accurate, so I’m not planning to use it again.
"Pretty US-focused"
If you mostly invest in the US, this might be useful, but for anyone investing outside the US, give me a break, there’s just not much here that feels relevant

"Okay support, but I didn’t feel fully heard"
Customer service got back to me faster than I expected, which was nice. My question wasn’t anything complicated, and they did explain the answer clearly enough. That said, the follow-up took a while, and I kind of felt dismissed once the basic answer was given, like they just wanted to move on. Not a 5-star experience, but overall it was okay

"I’ve been using The Motley Fool mostly..."
I’ve been using The Motley Fool mostly to get a better handle on stocks and long-term investing. For the basic stuff, it’s been useful, some articles break things down in a really simple way, and I don’t feel lost trying to follow along.
That said, I do kind of regret relying on it too much at first. The depth can be hit or miss, and some posts feel like they repeat the same points or mention ticker picks without really explaining the reasoning enough. It’s a decent starting point for beginners, but I wish there was more detail when it comes to the “why” behind certain ideas

"I’ve found it helpful overall, and it…"
I’ve found it helpful overall, and it does what I need most of the time. That said, it can feel like a bit much sometimes, especially when I’m just looking for something simple. Personally, I’d still say it’s worth using, but I wish it felt a little more streamlined.

"Helpful community, just a little slow sometimes lol"
The community has been helpful overall. A few members explained some picks in a way that actually made sense to me, which I appreciated. Sometimes it takes a bit to get answers, though, so you might have to be patient lol.

"Felt Like I Should Trust My Gut and Leave"
I signed up expecting straightforward stock advice, but quickly it felt like I was just being nudged toward yet another paid add-on. There was always some new “must-have” report, which made it hard to tell what their actual best recommendation was. Maybe it works for some people, but my gut kept telling me the transparency just wasn’t there. I didn’t feel like they were being fully straight with regular subscribers, so I cancelled and won’t be coming back

"I gave fool.com a try for stock ideas…"
I gave fool.com a try for stock ideas, but in my experience, it didn’t go very well. Some of the picks I followed dropped hard, and I kept holding on because that seemed to be the general advice, but they never really bounced back for me. I’m sure other people may have had better results, but personally I ended up losing money and didn’t feel like the subscription was worth it.
